The Nederlandse Vereniging van Banken (NVB) employs around 80 staff who, together with their members - some 60 banks in the Netherlands - the business community, the government and civil society organisations, proactively work every day towards a serviceable, stable and competitive banking sector.

The challenge

Within the NVB, staff inflow ranges from policy advisers and communication professionals to management positions.

Filling these diverse positions requires a recruitment approach that fits NVB's culture and way of working. In doing so, it is important that every candidate has a consistent and professional experience, regardless of the vacancy volume.

Our approach

Recruiting has had a partnership with the NVB for three years. Over this period, the demand for new employees has varied. In which there have been periods when there have been more than 10 vacancies but also periods when there have been only 2 or 3 vacancies.
