Over this period, the demand for new employees has varied. In which there have been periods when there have been more than 10 vacancies but also periods when there have been only 2 or 3 vacancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What characterises this collaboration is Aanwerven's deep knowledge of the NVB organisation. We proactively approach suitable candidates. This ensures that the NVB also manages to engage latent jobseekers.
